These Terms apply to Peel & Post: Sticker Puzzle, operated by KAIZENTECHSERVICE, Surat, Gujarat, India. By using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Eligibility and use

The game is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and obtain their permission before using the game or making purchases. You must meet applicable local age and consent requirements. Where you cannot legally accept these Terms yourself, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

2. Game content and fair use

The game, artwork, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership. Do not unlawfully copy or distribute the game, interfere with its services, manipulate purchases or rewards, exploit vulnerabilities or infringe others' rights. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Journal placements and saved progress are game features. The current game does not provide a public posting, chat or user-content marketplace.

3. Purchases and virtual items

The game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. The store presents the price and applicable purchase conditions before you confirm a transaction. Google Play processes purchases under its applicable terms.

Virtual currency, boosters and other digital items are licensed for use within the game. They are not money, have no cash redemption value and cannot be traded or transferred outside supported game features. Consumable items are used up when spent. Restoration depends on the product type, purchase account and supported store functionality; spent consumables may not be restorable.

For missing purchases, contact us with the relevant Google Play order reference, without payment-card details. Refund requests are handled under applicable Google Play policies and consumer law. These Terms do not remove statutory refund or other consumer rights. Any time-limited offer or pass is governed by the duration and benefits shown at purchase.

4. Advertisements and rewards

The game contains advertising. Rewarded ads are optional and provide the displayed reward when the required completion is confirmed. Ads depend on availability and network conditions. Any Remove Ads offer applies to the formats described at purchase; it does not imply that optional rewarded ads are removed unless expressly stated.

5. Saves, connectivity and updates

Progress is stored locally, with cloud save available when the relevant service is configured and connected. Clearing storage, changing devices or losing access to a connected account may affect progress. Keep your device and Google account secure. Some features, including ads, purchases and cloud synchronization, require internet access. Your network provider may charge for data.

We may update content and features or end support for older versions. Where changes materially affect purchased content or access, applicable notice, remedy and consumer protection requirements continue to apply.

6. Suspension and discontinuation

We may restrict access to services for material violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the action and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent protective action may be immediate. If services are discontinued, we will provide notice and any remedies required by law. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and your choices. Google Play, Google Play Games, payment and advertising services may have their own applicable terms. Those terms do not remove our obligations to you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.

8. Responsibility and consumer rights

We aim to provide a reliable game but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections always apply.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections applicable where you live. Disputes may be brought before courts competent under applicable law. Nothing here removes your right to use a court, regulator or remedy available under mandatory law. Please contact us first if you would like help resolving an issue.

10. Changes and contact

Changes to these Terms will be published here with a revised date. We will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
